Winslow Gardens offers residences an unique feeling of space. The feeling of space is achieved through large distances between buildings, approximately 30 metres, and designing low density buildings in the southern part of the complex. This design allows the fresh mountain air into the complex without any hindrance, which then circulates in the space between the buildings.

Winslow Gardens built up area is considerably lower than the maximum allowance, according to the parameters of the plot. The decision to have less built up area was to the create a product that was unique to Sofia. Regardless of the close proximity of Bulgaria Boulevard and the Ring Road, the complex remains isolated from the noise of the car traffic.

The green area will have trees in the southern and western part of the quarter, which will act as a barrier to the noise and dust from the cars. Thus the inhabitants of Winslow Gardens can enjoy real quietness and tranquillity.
