The complex has three foot entrances and each will be equipped with a porter, who will meet the residents and their guests.

Internal Order Regulations will be effective on the territory of Winslow Gardens regulating relations between the residents and monitoring high noise levels and the possible occurrence of critical situations. The complex will be fenced off thus restricting access by strangers and providing peace for its inhabitants. In addition surveillance cameras will discreetly be installed at certain points to prevent unauthorized access to the complex territory.

Owners will enter the underground levels by chip cards only, while ground parking areas are envisaged for guests of the complex.
