Winslow Gardens is unique because of its combination of residential buildings and large internal park area. The park will inhabit ample trees and floral garden areas which will be within the 12,000 m2 park. Residents can take advantage of the foot and bicycle lanes and water fountains. The overall vision is to make all guests feel as though they are truly living within a beautiful grand park.

In order for the trees to be planted the underground parking lot was designed to consist of two levels and will be located under the buildings – this will allow the trees grow naturally and unproblematically.

A sports playground for football, basketball and volleyball will be built in the southwestern part of the complex and its residents will be allowed to use it free of charge.
