Winslow Gardens, the only ecological residential estate in Sofia, is financed by Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD with more than 72 million BGN

More than 72 million BGN has been allotted by Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD for the construction of Winslow Gardens closed type residential estate. The credit is for the construction of the first phase of the project which shall be finished around the middle of the year 2010.

Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) shall allot credits for the Winslow Gardens clients too. The credits can be for buying apartments and garages, for final completion works or furniture. The minimum term for repayment shall be 3 and the maximum – 30 years. Up to 80% of the market price of the estate shall be allotted upon buying green field apartment, and at the stage of a rough building – up to 90%. The term for utilizing the credit shall be to 1 year following the signing of the contract. The clients can buy home also through Raiffeisenbank real estate agency – Raiffeisen Estates.

Winslow Gardens shall be located in the eastern part of Manastirsky livali quarter in Sofia. It is the only ecological residential estate designed in our country. It shall have 444 apartments. The low-storied construction, the 12 000 sq m park of high trees, SPA center with fitness hall and 25 m swimming pool, basketball and mini football playing grounds and two level underground parking places shall be its advantages. Pharmacy, medical cabinet, day study-room, hairdresser and dry cleaning are in between the various services to be offered.

“Glavbolgarstroy” shall be the main contractor of the first phase of the project to be constructed on a surface of 22 000 sq m.

The total value of the investments in Winslow Gardens shall be 200 million BGN while 105 million of them shall be invested during the first phase of the project. Some 9 million shall be entered into the state under the form of taxes and fees. The Ministry of economy and energy has issued to the complex a first class investment certificate.

Winslow Developments and RREEF- Deutsche Bank AG investment unit are the investors for Winslow Gardens.

More than 60% of the estates in the first phase of the project have already been green field sold.
