Winslow Developments signed a contract with Glavbolgarstroy for the construction of Winslow Gardens

Winslow Developments concluded the tender procedure for main contractor of the first phase of Winslow Gardens project in the area of Manastirski livadi-east. After a careful research and analysis of the candidates, Glavbolgarstroy building company was chosen for the construction of the apartment complex of closed type, comprising of two underground parking levels with 2000 sq.m. of SPA center.

Glavbolgarstroy won the main contractor agreement for the complex, a holder of a First class certificate, after a tender procedure where seven of the biggest construction companies in Bulgaria participated.

The project which first phase will start in April is being realized through a partnership with RREEF – the real estate investment fund of Deutsche Bank AG. The total value of the investment is 200 million levs, 105 of which will be invested in the first phase of the construction. For the following two phases of the project will be invested respectively 50 and 45 million levs. About 9 million levs will go into the state budget as taxes and fees.

The first phase of Winslow Gardens will be developed on a plot of 22 000 sq.m. The total build-up area of the complex will be around 66 000 sq.m.

Winslow Gardens comprises of six low storey residential buildings with 437 apartments. Its main advantages which create a new and comfortable lifestyle are lower construction, internal park with trees situated on 12 000 sq.m., SPA center with fitness as well as a 25-meters swimming pool, basketball and mini-football fields and an underground car parking.
