Complexes with controlled access in Bulgaria are well known on the real estate market already. More of them offer security and parking only. Others have extras like restaurant and SPA center or playground and shop.

After a certain standstill, construction activities of Winslow Gardens are renewed. Completion of phase 1 of the building and Use Permit are to be issued in 2011, when customers will be pleased to move in to their new home.

The amount of the whole investment project at “Manastirski livadi” district will exceed 200 Mill. BGN. The complex has received a First Class Investment Certificate by the Ministry of Economy and Energy.
