Condominiums – more security, tranquility and private space

To find the exact residence that you could subsequently turn into home – that is a real challenge. Quality of construction, location and price are usually some of the leading factors determining choice but there are also at least as many as these factors that need to be taken into consideration as well. For this is the place where we will try to relax at the end of the day, return to the people that are closest to us, raise children and wish for them to enjoy at least a bit of this freedom – to be outside, “in the neigbourhood”, without your parents being worried that it is getting dark. We wish to have control not only over space inside the home but also over the surrounding environment. And given that a panel one-room apartment in Liulin 2 costs nearly 50000 euro, now it seems more important what we actually get in exchange for our money.
That is probably one of the reasons for which condominiums become more popular among the future owners of residences – this form of residential property in which, except for your home as in the ordinary neighbourhood, you also have other general facilities and all types of extras at your disposal. Actually, extras to a great extent refer to some quite simple things which we should take for granted but have been deprived of them for some reason. Those include developed environment, parking lot, well-kept green areas, playgrounds for children and dogs, security – all of them being things that are key to our normal existence but hardly included by presumption in the offer for a one-room apartment in Liulin.
The first condominium appears at the end of 50’s in Puerto Rico and quickly leads off a wave of new construction – 40 years later their number in America amounts to 30 000 and the people who have chosen to live in a residence of „condo“ type (from condominium, or collaborative management) are over 8 million. Nowadays the market experiences a boom in demand for such residences, especially in big cities – London, Chicago, Boston, New York, Ontario, even Mumbai.
Regardless of the set of additional facilities that complexes offer – the essential base or a completely different lifestyle, all of them share the same quality and that is security. And this provides our existence with much more tranquility, private space and order.
So it is not surprising that the number of these complexes even in Sofia already amounts to nearly 30 – constructed or under construction, at communicative places away from the city center. Different complexes offer different facilities and one of them offers us all of them. Winslow Gardens is the only condominium in Bulgaria that is ecologically designed – with a big distance between the buildings and low-storey brick construction, individual gas system for heating of each apartment, high ceilings and a 12 000 sq.m. park with antiallergic trees and plants. The complex also has a twenty-four-hour security, children’s playgrounds as well as a playground especially equipped for pets, over 2000 sq.m. SPA center with fitness hall and 25-meter swimming pool as well as a playground for basketball and mini football. Enough for the matter of the activities regarding the daily needs, there are stores, pharmacy, children’s nursery, hairdresser’s, restaurant – all of this a few meters away from home. Things are undoubtedly better like this.
Therefore it is not strange that statistics show that 84% of the people who have purchased a residence in Winslow Gardens are married and nearly 60% of them have children. This is so because it is more secure and easier. However, the fact that the complex is close to the center and at the same time to Vitosha also matters and it makes possible the combination of good communication with view, of dynamic life outside with active recreation at home.
