Winslow Developments and Deutsche Bank with a new project near Sofia

Winslow Developments and RREEF, the real estate and infrastructure management arm of Deutsche Asset Management, the global investment management business of Deutsche Bank, will put into effect a new project in Bulgaria. The expected investment amoutns to 252 million levs and will be put into a residential complex located at the foot of Lyulin mountain, in one of the districts of the town of Bankya named Gradoman. Apartments for more than 1200 families will be build over 150 already acquired decares. Apart from enjoying the nature and mineral springs of Bankya, the inhabitants of the new complex will have direct access to the Lyulin highway which is being under construction at the moment. The area where the complex is located offers a view to three mountains - Lyulin, Vitosha and the Balkan.
"As with all our projects, the basic priorities when building up the complex will be the comfort, calmness and safety of its inhabitants. The concept on which we stake is an ecological home near to the capital which will be the connection between the inhabitants and nature", stated Ivan Mekushin, the General Manager of Winslow Developments.
The generated taxes and fees in the budget of the new investment will amount to 45 million leva. Limex city, another joint venture company between Winslow Developments and RREEF was already presented with a Certificate for First Class Investment for its project Winslow Gardens, located in the district of Manastirski livadi - East, where 200 million levs will be invested.
