WINSLOW GARDENS – the first residential complex in Bulgaria with fully independent gas system for heating

Winslow Gardens the first condominium in Bulgaria which will have a fully independent system for heating. This means that there will have no intermediaries between the supplier and the future owners, also all losses of heat incurred by transportation of heat energy through heat stations, cauldron rooms, etc. are eliminated. The heating system has individual gas cauldrons and the convenience for the residents of the complex will consist in having control over consumption. The installation of the building also includes special coaxial internal chimneys for the gas cauldrons. Such special chimneys are the newest technology in gas heating and their availability is also one of the major priorities of Winslow Gardens.

Winslow Gardens will have 6 blocks with apartments of different area and arrangement – studios, functional two-bedroom residences and spacious three- and four-bedroom apartments with an area from 50 sq.m. to 140 sq.m. The ground apartments have separate porches and the residences at the last floor – spacious panoramic terraces. The buildings will be built with a reinforced concrete beamless construction which allows for the flexible planning of the residences.

The residents of Winslow Gardens also have at their disposal two levels of underground parking executed with burnished concrete which has a better encasement. The flooring in the rooms will be anti-dust. The access to the underground parking lots will be controlled by chip-cards through three ramps. The elevators in the buildings descend to the underground levels and this makes possible the quick and convenient link between the apartments and the parking lots. The parking for visitors will be situated outside the territory of the complex.

Some of the other priorities of Winslow Gardens, apart from the low construction, are the over 50 percent green areas, SPA center with fitness hall and 25 meter covered swimming-pool situated on an area of over 2000 sq.m., playground for basketball and mini football – all conditions for a new and more convenient lifestyle.
