Minister Petar Dimitrov presented the company Limex City with a Certificate for First Class Investment

Minister of Economy and Energy Petar Dimitrov presented the Executive Director of Limex City EAD Ivan Mekushin with a Certificate for First Class Investment, issued by Invest Bulgaria Agency. Limex City EAD was presented with this high award for its investment project Winslow Gardens in the Sofia district of Manastirski livadi – East.

Minister Petar Dimitrov underlined that Winslow Gardens is a multifunctional residential complex from new generation and is distinguished for its build-up area with enough free space and vegetation. According to the Minister, the complex is a dream place for living of every Bulgarian while the prices are within the reach of the average citizens of Sofia.

Petar Dimitrov underlined also that towards the big investors who receive 1st-class certificates, the Ministry undertakes special engagements such as assistance in the construction of the infrastructure and eased administrative service.

Winslow Gardens project will consist of residential buildings, offices, trade areas, sports area, SPA complex, restaurants, service areas, etc. The overall area of the estates on which the construction will take place is about 42 decares while the extended build-up area is 103 000 sq. m. and about 20 000 sq. m. underground.

The entire investment planned for the project amounts to 200 million leva. The first part (24 million leva) is already assimilated while the other part (180 million leva) will be assimilated in the next 3 years. The taxes expected to be paid within the budget for all phases of the project amount to 17.7 million leva. In long-term plan, Winslow Gardens will create living for around 3000 people.

Limex City EAD is a subsidiary of Prima Investments Ltd., a joint company between Winslow Developments OOD, which owns 12%, and RREEF – the global investment branch of Deutsche Bank, which owns the other 88%. The core activity of the certified company is the realization of the investment project Winslow Gardens.
