Winslow Developments and Deutsche Bank's investment department, RREEF, are to set up a joint venture - Winslow Properties, in order to co-develop a new construction. The new project is to develop a residental complex, valued at 252 million levs, in the Gradoman district of Bankya town.

Homes for 1200 families will be built on an area of 150 000 m2, which has already been acquired. Residents of the new complex will be close to the mineral springs of Bankya and will have direct access to the Lyulin highway. The area is also famous for its beauty, fresh air and the views of three mountains - Lyulin, Vitosha and Stara Planina.

The main priorities are comfort, calmness and security - that's what the new project aims to offer to residents of the complexes. The concept is to create an ecological home close to the big city.
