The management & maintenance of the buildings in Winslow Gardens residential complex is one of the key advantages to the longevity of the residence. The after sales management will ensure the cleaning and maintenance of all common part areas including the facilities of the complex, the landscape park area and repair services.

Winslow Gardens is managed by Winslow Property Management overseeing the following activities:


1. Administration:

All costs related to the normal operation of the buildings in the complex. The staff prepare reports and document all expenditures which the complex aquires.


2. Maintenance and management of the facilities:

Maintain and control the lighting within the common areas, lifts, garages, landscaped park area: the pathways, water fountains, sports area and children’s playground.


3. Technical maintenance and management:

Capable personal will be appointed for the repair activities, installations, technical systems, infrastructure, fitness and SPA centre and other common facilities in the complex.


4. Security:

Qualified staff will ensure 24-hour security of the buildings and common areas within the complex.


5. Cleaning:

Organize all cleaning services for the common areas, including the appointed pet area and sport facilities.


6. Gardening:

The landscaped areas will be tended and the greenery will be consistantly maintained and planted when needed.


7. Mail:

Upon request, staff are available for delivering mail to households.


8. Accountancy:

A detailed report outlining expenditures for the management & maintenance of the complex will be made available at the end of each report period.
