    RESERVATION FORM

After choosing an available apartment, please, contact our trade department at the following e-mail address: sales@winslowgardens.bg

  • A representative of the Sales Department will provide you with detailed information about the estate and will send you a reservation form.
  • Please, send the filled form by e-mail or fax: +359 2 920 1782 to the respective officer of our trade department, who has contacted you.
  • Within five days of making a reservation of the apartment you should pay a deposit of € 2,000 to a cash-desk or an account of Winslow.
  • If you decide to buy the estate, the reservation fee will be deducted from the price of your apartment upon the payment of the first instalment. Please note that the deposit is not subject to reimbursement upon cancellation of the deal.
   
 


    PRELIMINARY CONTRACTS

Within the framework of the fixed into the Letter of Intention date, Winslow will draft and send a preliminary contract and a contract on management and maintenance of the real estate to a lawyer, specified by the customer.

  • After coordination and approval two copies of the original contracts are sent to the customer for signature.
  • Please, check whether all data are correct before signing the documents.
  • You should keep one of the copies and send the other one back to the corporate address, specified by Wisnslow.
  • The first instalment for the apartment is due within 15 days of signing the contracts.
  • Please, note that Winslow accepts only payment through bank.
  • The Winslow team will render you assistance, if you want to visit the facility so as to see the estate, which you would like to purchase.
   
 


    CONSTRUCTION STAGES

  • A representative of the Sales Department will be sending to you written information and photos about the progress of the construction activities. Thus you would follow closely each stage of the construction of your apartment.
  • Winslow will duly notify you of the intermediate payments you will have to make as well as about the possibility to purchase additionally a parking lot and/or a furnishing package.
   
 


    PROJECT COMPLETION

  • Upon issuing of a permit of usage Winslow notifies you of the payment of the last instalment after which the ownership over the apartment is transferred.
  • In Bulgaria the Records Service operates in close cooperation with the local notaries. The right of ownership over a real estate is certified by the signing of a Title Deed.
  • Due to the importance of the title deed as document, Winslow offers legal assistance to all its customers as the legal services fee equals some 500 EUR.
  • Note: If it is impossible for you to attend personally the notary proceedings of the transfer of ownership, you may be represented by a proxy. The proxy may be a qualified Bulgarian lawyer or another person, holding the respective power of attorney. Winslow may render you assistance in the settlement of this issue.
