A general underground infrastructure is envisaged for all automobiles within the residences.

There will be 2 underground levels for parking. The parking area will allow for additional parking places for residents with mulitple vehicles.

The underground infrastructure involves platforms of suitable slope and length, excellent lighting, sufficent ventilation; as well, as controlled access via chip cards.

The underground network is divided into four separate parts, each having a separate platform, for busier traffic, which will assist with smooth control of traffic.

It is important that all lifts in the building can descend down to the underground level thus providing a fast and easy connection between the apartment and the respective parking lot.
