Monolithic
Reinforced concrete structure, external surrounding and internal brick walls with external heat insulation and putty. Structural height between floors – 3 m, height in apartments –2.75 m. The apartments in the complex are offered with and without finishing works

APARTMENTS - EXTENT OF COMPLETION WITHOUT FINISHING WORKS

Floors – cement floor coat
Walls - plaster coat, wet rooms – lime putty
Ceilings - plaster coat, wet rooms – lime putty
Windows - PVC window profiles
Doors - External doors – armored; internal - MDF
Electrical - Regular wall-plugs, switches and lamp sockets, without illuminating bodies
Water and sewerage - Water piping: polypropylene pipes, till end-caps; with cold water meters (hot water – from gas boiler ); without faience; Sewerage: PVC pipes, drainage system
Heating and ventilation - Individual gas wall mounted room sealed combination boiler for central heating and domestic hot water, mounted heating radiators; Ventilation: mounted ventilation grates
Other installations - Low current mains: telephone, TV, Internet and security system cabling according to the project; Bells and door-intercom installation; Thunder-arresting and grounding installation
Balconies: Flooring – cold-resistant granite-based tiles and draining; parapet – according to the project; illuminating body

Floors – Corridors and kitchen – terracotta; Living room, bedroom(s) – laminated parquet
Walls, ceilings – plaster coat, white latex
Bathroom(s): completely equipped as follows: walls – faience tiles, floor – terracotta, ceiling – latex, lavatory with flush basin and lavatory pan, bathtub or shower cabin as the design specifies, water tap of the bathtub or shower, wash basin with tap
Kitchen – equipped with sink with water tap and a cupboard, no white appliances
Windows – PVC window profiles
Doors - External doors – armored; internal – MDF
Electrical – Electrical switches, sockets, lamps in the apartments
Water and sewerage - Water piping: polypropylene pipes; Sewerage: PVC pipes, drainage system, with cold water meters (hot water – from an individual gas wall mounted boiler)
